Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting seeks a hands-on Plant HR, Administration and IR professional to independently manage plant administration, labour law compliance, and statutory requirements at our Roha manufacturing facility.

You will lead administration, welfare, security, vendor management, and liaise with government authorities to ensure compliant and employee-friendly operations for a 200+ workforce.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with emphasis on HR or administration.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR/IR preferred.
• Knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance is essential.
• Experience with contract labour and industrial relations is desirable.

Role & responsibilities

A professional to independently manage plant administration, industrial relations (IR), labour law compliance, and statutory requirements at our manufacturing facility in Roha.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plant administration, employee welfare, security, housekeeping, and canteen operations.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Manage contract labour, contractor compliance, and industrial relations.
• Coordinate with government authorities and handle statutory inspections, audits, and compliance closures.
• Oversee administration budgets, cost control, and vendor management.

Candidate Profile:

• 1218 years of experience in Plant HR, Administration, IR, and Statutory Compliance.
• Strong experience in manufacturing, preferably specialty chemicals or process industries.
• Proven experience managing a workforce of 200+ employees, including contract labour.
• Sound knowledge of labour laws, factory compliance, and industrial relations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred candidate profile

A hands‑on professional capable of independently managing plant administration and ensuring a compliant, disciplined, and employee‑friendly workplace.

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PG Diploma in HR, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations, or MSW preferred. A qualification in Labour Laws will be an added advantage.
