Job summary

Cogency Infratech in Mumbai seeks an experienced Lead Planner to drive scheduling for large-scale residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

You will develop baseline and execution schedules in Primavera P6 / MS Project, monitor progress, and report to senior stakeholders with dashboards and MIS. Knowledge of Excel and Power BI, with Big4/PMC/real estate exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI and project controls; Big4/PMC/real estate exposure preferred.

• Track milestones, procurement, design, construction and commissioning activities.
• Support project controls including manpower, productivity, resource loading and progress measurement.
• Participate in project reviews and provide actionable insights on schedule performance.

Experience:

• 5-10 Years Lead project planning and scheduling activities for large-scale residential, commercial and mixed-use real estate projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed baseline and execution schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays, critical activities and schedule risks.
• Coordinate with developers, contractors, consultants, architects and project teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-curves and management MIS for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct schedule variance analysis, delay analysis and recommend recovery and mitigation strategies.
• Track project milestones, key deliverables, procurement, design, construction and commissioning activities.
• Support project controls including manpower, productivity, resource loading and progress measurement.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide actionable insights on schedule performance and potential bottlenecks.
• BIG4 / PMC / Real Estate Developer experience preferred, with strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, Power BI and project controls.
