Job summary

Sadbhav Futuretech Limited in Gurgaon seeks a Project Planning & Control Engineer to lead end-to-end planning for solar EPC projects. You will develop detailed schedules, create WBS, define milestones, and coordinate with design, procurement, construction and site teams to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project planning and control, preferably in solar EPC or infrastructure.
• Familiarity with solar project lifecycle from design to commissioning.
• Expertise with MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Solid understanding of construction sequences and site execution workflows.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
• Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for each project.
• Define timelines, milestones, and critical paths for solar EPC projects.
• Forecast resource and material requirements in coordination with engineering and procurement.
• Track project progress and compare with baseline schedules.
• Identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for management review.
• Analyze productivity and performance metrics for each phase.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely delivery and execution.
• Maintain all project documentation including plans, reports, and revisions.
• Generate progress reports, risk assessments, and look-ahead schedules.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Planning and Control Engineer to lead and coordinate project planning activities across our solar EPC operations. The role will be pivotal in driving end-to-end project execution—from initial planning and scheduling to monitoring and delivery—ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality implementation of solar power projects across India.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management fundamentals, expertise in planning tools, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including design, procurement, construction, and site execution teams.
