Job summary

Sadbhav Futuretech Limited is seeking an Operations Head for the Solar Pump Division to lead end-to-end execution of solar pump projects across multiple states, ensuring timely delivery, quality and profitability. The role involves extensive stakeholder coordination and multi-location team leadership.

Ideal candidates will have 12–18 years of experience in solar/renewable energy project execution, with PM-KUSUM exposure and strong vendor management. Pan-India travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in solar pump / renewable energy project execution.
• Hands-on experience in government projects (PM-KUSUM preferred).
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-location operations.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Ability to manage large teams and complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of solar pump projects across multiple states.
• Ensure timely installation, commissioning, and project handover.
• Monitor project timelines, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Drive execution strategies and SOP implementation.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams (project managers, engineers, field teams).
• Drive team productivity, performance, and accountability.
• Conduct regular reviews and operational planning.
• Coordinate with DISCOMs, state nodal agencies, and government bodies.
• Ensure compliance with PM-KUSUM and other regulatory requirements.
• Handle approvals, documentation, and project escalations.
• Manage vendors, EPC contractors, and supply chain operations.
• Oversee procurement planning and logistics.
• Ensure cost control, budgeting, and profitability of projects.

JOB SUMMARY:
