Rochem Separation Systems in Vasai is seeking a Planning Manager to lead production planning and control activities. The role oversees scheduling, MRP through SAP, and coordination with multiple departments to ensure on-time, cost-effective production.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Mechanical (BE/ Diploma preferred) with 10–20 years total experience, and strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. This on-site position reports to the HOD and manages the Planning Executive.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain project schedules using PERT, Gantt Charts, and milestone planning.
• Track engineering, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, and dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with project managers to update execution schedules
• Production Scheduling, MRP planning through SAP
• Plan and schedule spare parts orders based on customer requirements
• Perform Min-Max analysis for inventory optimization.
• Maintain optimum stock levels to avoid production disruptions.
• Coordinate with SCM for timely procurement.
• Coordinate with Purchase for critical material follow-up.
• Prepare Production MIS, Planning MIS & Supply Chain MIS.
• Monitor planning KPIs and improvement initiatives.
• Planning process compliance with ISO 9001 procedures
