Job summary

Galacon Infrastructure And Projects in Indore is seeking a Billing & Planning Engineer to manage project billing, planning schedules, and reporting.

You will coordinate with site engineers, contractors and management to ensure work is completed as per schedule and within budget, using Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project planning and billing processes.
• Experience in Residential, High rise buildings.
• Experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Excel.
• Ability to read drawings and BOQ.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress as per the approved plan.
• Monitor delays and help the team take corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports and submit them to management.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure work is completed as per schedule.
