Creative Projects & Contracts in Jaipur/Bangalore is seeking an experienced Project Planner for end-to-end planning of high-rise, residential and commercial building projects. You will lead scheduling, CPA, EVM, and progress reporting for management and clients, ensuring alignment with site teams and procurement.

The ideal candidate has 7-20 years of experience, immediate joining capability, and willingness to operate across Bangalore and Jaipur to drive seamless project execution.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and tracking using MS Project.
• Develop baseline schedules, CPA, and earned value management (EVM).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and billing departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct risk assessment, delay analysis, and propose recovery schedules.
