Job summary

Sterling & Wilson is seeking a skilled Primavera P6 Scheduler to develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules. You will prepare baselines, recovery and look-ahead plans, track progress, and ensure alignment with milestones and contractual requirements.

You will coordinate with project teams to gather data, perform impact analysis, and provide accurate schedule updates and forecasts for timely decision making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling and baseline development.
• Experience generating S-curves, progress reports and schedule metrics.
• Ability to perform schedule risk and impact analysis with mitigation plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline, recovery, and look-ahead schedules.
• Monitor progress, update actuals and forecast dates in Primavera P6.
• Track critical path, float, milestones and schedule slippages.
• Prepare and maintain WBS, activities, calendars and resource loading.
• Generate reports from Primavera P6 including progress and variance analyses.
• Conduct schedule impact analysis and support mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely schedule updates.
• Maintain schedule integrity and alignment with milestones and contracts.

• Prepare baseline schedules, recovery schedules and detailed look-ahead schedules.
• Monitor project progress and update actuals, remaining durations and forecast dates in Primavera P6.
• Track critical path, float, milestones and schedule slippages and highlight potential delays.
• Prepare and maintain WBS, activities, relationships, calendars and resource loading in Primavera P6.
• Generate S-curves, progress reports, variance analysis and schedule performance reports from Primavera P6.
• Conduct schedule impact analysis and support preparation of mitigation and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect progress data and ensure timely and accurate schedule updates.
• Maintain schedule integrity and ensure alignment of Primavera P6 schedules with project milestones and contractual requirements.
