Job summary

Constrosafe Solutions in India is seeking a Billing and Project Control professional to manage Work Order and BOQ understanding, track progress, monitor daily site activities, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely billing.

The role requires strong knowledge of BOQ, measurements, RA bills, JMRs, and the ability to analyze manpower output and productivity while visiting different job sites.

Qualifications

• 2.5 years of experience in Billing and Project Control.
• Experience in construction, waterproofing, civil works or construction chemicals preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, Measurements, RA Bills, JMRs.

Responsibilities

• Understand Work Orders and BOQ, track project progress.
• Monitor daily site progress and manage manpower costs.
• Prepare RA bills and forecast monthly billing.
• Maintain live Excel dashboards and productivity reports.
• Coordinate with client, PMC, quality team, and accounts for bill clearance.
