Job summary

Grow India Residency is seeking a project controls professional to manage scheduling, tracking, reporting and budgeting across construction sites in Maharashtra. You will coordinate with site teams to ensure milestones are met and costs stay on track.

The role involves producing management-ready progress reports, S-curves, and forecasts, and implementing risk mitigations to minimize delays and overruns. On-site collaboration and strong data analysis are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in scheduling, tracking, reporting and budgeting for projects.
• Experience in risk assessment and recovery planning is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for on-site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling project timelines and milestones using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Tracking daily on-site progress and comparing with plan.
• Generating S-curves, look-ahead plans and progress reports for management.
• Managing labor, materials and cash flow to prevent cost overruns.
