• Prepare and update project schedules, work plans, and construction programmes.
• Develop baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and milestone tracking reports.
• Monitor actual progress against planned schedules and identify delays or deviations.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Track manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
• Identify critical activities, analyse delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor project timelines for civil, structural, PEB, and allied construction activities.
• Prepare progress curves, S-curves, and resource histograms.
• Support project managers in project reviews, client meetings, and reporting.
• Maintain planning documentation and assist with project risk assessment.
