Job summary

Valmark Group in Bengaluru is seeking a capable Project Planner to develop detailed project plans and schedules, allocate resources, manage risks, monitor progress, and report to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and has hands-on experience in project planning within real estate or construction, with strong skills in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in project planning and management, preferably in real estate or construction industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules with milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Identify and allocate resources (manpower, materials, equipment) for smooth progression.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect timelines.
• Monitor progress against schedule and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare regular stakeholder reports including status, forecasts and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to align objectives and timelines.
• Provide technical support and advice to the project team.
• Interact with clients to understand requirements and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
