Job summary

Vaishnavi Infracon is seeking a Planning Engineer – Construction to develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Microsoft Project. You will create baseline, weekly, monthly, and look-ahead plans, and track progress against targets.

You will coordinate with site engineers, project managers and subcontractors, monitor resources, drawings, and material availability, and prepare reports such as DPR, WPR and MPR to support decision making.

Qualifications

• Prepare and manage project planning activities for construction projects.
• Monitor project progress against baselines and schedules.
• Identify delays and propose recovery actions to keep projects on track.
