Riviera Infraprojects is seeking an experienced project engineer to prepare schedules and manage.Contractual coordination with clients and consultants is essential. The role requires 5 to 15 years of site execution experience and expertise in planning tools like MSP and Primavera.

The candidate will coordinate with HQ/Purchase for material mobilization, monitor progress, and prepare various project control documents, ensuring timely submissions and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 05 to 15 years of experience in project management and site execution.
• Experience in preparing project schedules and plans.
• Experience attending client/consultant meetings and handling contractual correspondences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Project Schedule in MSP/ Primavera considering contractual requirements.
• Prepare DPR & DLR, WPR, MPR and PPTs and monitor project progress.
• Attend client/consultant meetings and manage contractual correspondences.
• Prepare Look Ahead Plan and material, labour & machineries requirements for 3 months.
• Site visits and reporting with corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure timely mobilization of sub-contractors and update progress in MSP.

Exp : 05 to 15 Years

Job Location : Gujarat & Bangalore

Go through the Contract Document minutely and identify Scope of Contract, Battery Limit, Commercial Conditions, etc.

Prepare Project Schedule in MSP/ Primevera considering Contractual requirement and get it approved from Client.

Prepare DPR & DLR, WPR, MPR and PPTs as per requirement and monitor project progress on regular basis.

Attending Client/ Consultant Meetings and responsible for contractual correspondences with them.

Prepare Look Ahead Plan and Material, Labour & Machineries requirement for coming 3 Months.

Regular Site Visit and Report/ Suggest Corrective Actions with Team Lead in case of Shortfall.

Ensuring timely mobilization of Sub-Contractors on board.

Update Project Progress through Baseline Tracking in MSP on Fortnightly basis.

Preparation of Revised Schedule and Crashing of Activities (if required) on Quarterly basis.

Facilitate Site by arranging (with close interaction of H.Q./ Purchase) adequate Material on time.

Checking of Material Reconciliation Statement.

Providing necessary data for preparation of Zero Budget (Initially) and Rolling Budget (Annually) during AOP (Annual Operating Plan).

Conducting Weekly Meeting with all Stakeholders e.g. Execution, Store, Accounts, Formwork, MEP, Contractors, etc. and plug gaps if any at regular intervals.

Ensuring timely submission of Billing MIS (10th of every Month) and follow up for timely release of all kind of client payments.

Maintaining Hindrance Register and Maintain communication with clients about delays.

Maintain drawing control including receipt ,distribution and withdrawal of current obsolete drawings.

Vigilance of Cost parameters, both Direct & Indirect.

Vigilance on execution of any works beyond Contractual Scope.

Preparation of Rate Analysis of Extra Items.

Assist Contract Department for Preparation of Contractual Claims & EOT (Extension Of Time) by providing necessary Documents/ Correspondences.

Ensuring & Reviewing of timely submission of Planning & Billing MIS as per Company Guideline.

Analysis of Cost Variance and take corrective Action to minimize the gap.

Conduct regular Internal Audits at Site for Project execution including Time, Labour cost and Material cost and escalation to PMG HO.
