Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze rates for actual vs contractual work for major orders (plumbing, fire fighting, electrical) by comparing measurements to order records.
• Handover to customer of full, error-free flats per sales requirements and timelines.
• Deploy vendors according to plan and schedule.
• Plan required materials for project completion.
• Deploy labor effectively on site and ensure smooth project operation.
• Coordinate drawings and details with architects and consultants.
• Maintain quality control and cost control on site.
• Troubleshoot with local authorities (BMC/BSES/collectorate) as needed.
• Interact with customers regarding flat modifications.
• Ensure safety and security on site.
• Support employee development and lead a team of engineers.

Job description

Role & responsibilities :

• Analysis of rates to work as actual vs contractual for at least two major order like plumbing, fire fighting, electrical by actual measurement vs order records.
• Handover to customer in full and error free flats as per sales requirement (priority list) and time line.
• Deployment of vendor as per plan and schedule.
• Proper planning of required material for completion
• Proper deployment of labor on site
• Ensure smooth functioning of the project
• Coordination of drawings & details with architects & consultants
• Quality control
• Cost control
• Trouble shooting with local officials with bmc/bses/collectorate etc.
• Interaction with customers regarding flat modification
• To ensure safety & security at site
• Employee development
• Ability to manage and deal effectively with contractors.
• Lead team of engineers
• Provide a vision and concept to all the internal architects and consultant to ensure that the plans set do not have any errors which would constraint the working of the project
