Path Saathi in Pune, Maharashtra is seeking a Placement Manager to drive student placements by building strong employer partnerships and coordinating recruitment activities. The role focuses on employer engagement, student employability, and industry collaborations to enhance employment outcomes.

The candidate will lead placement strategies, organize campus drives and hiring events, and ensure achievement of placement targets across Skill Development programs. Marathi proficiency is mandatory.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Placement, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Skill Development.
• Experience in Skill Development Institutes, NSDC, PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NULM, CSR Skill Programs, or Educational Institutions preferred.
• Proficiency in Marathi is mandatory.
