BCS group Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Placement Manager to drive employer engagement, placement outcomes and recruitment coordination across skill development projects.

The role focuses on building employer networks, generating job opportunities for trained candidates, and coordinating interviews and drives to ensure successful placements. You will monitor post-placement outcomes, maintain placement records and work with operations and training teams to align candidate readiness with industry

• Develop employer networks and generate job opportunities for trained candidates.
• Drive placement targets under government skill development projects (e.g., DDU-GKY, UPSDM, PMKVY).
• Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, candidate short listing and employer interactions.
• Ensure offer-to-joining conversion and maintain verified placement records.
• Track post-placement outcomes and candidate retention as per project guidelines.
• Maintain placement MIS, employer databases and required documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations and training teams to align candidate readiness with industry requirements.
