Job summary

Knowledge Park in Mumbai is seeking a Placement Executive to manage placement activities for students and build strong relationships with corporate partners. You will facilitate campus recruitment processes and support students in career planning and employment opportunities.

The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders and extensive liaison with industry partners to drive successful placements and related programs.

Qualifications

• MBA (2-year full-time) in Marketing/HR from a leading national or international management school.
• Master's degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent GPA from a recognized university.
• Certifications in Marketing, HR, Talent Management, or Leadership will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end placement activities for students.
• Identify students employment interests and provide career guidance support.
• Liaise with corporate organizations for internships, live projects, and placements.
• Represent the institution at professional, corporate, and career planning forums.
• Coordinate with students, faculty in-charge, and placement committees for smooth execution of placement processes.
• Organize and manage campus recruitment drives and interviews.
• Prepare placement brochures, reports, and presentations in collaboration with student committees.
• Maintain and update placement databases and records.
• Facilitate lateral and final placements for students.
• Visit industries to build and strengthen industry partnerships.
• Develop industry interfaces for training programs, CEO series, corporate projects, and industry visits.

Professional Experience

• Experience in the education sector/institutions or service sector will be preferred.
• Prior placement experience at Institutes of National/International repute will be an added advantage
