Job summary

Fireblaze AI School is seeking an enthusiastic Training & Placement Intern to support the T&P team in building strong relationships with companies and helping students with placement opportunities.

The role requires pursuing or having completed MBA/PGDM, BBA, HR, Marketing, or a related field, with strong communication and coordination skills. You will connect with HRs/recruiters, organize drives, and maintain databases in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM or related degree required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making calls and coordinating with HRs.
• Basic MS Excel/Sheets knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the T&P team in coordinating placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.
• Identify and research potential companies for student placement opportunities.
• Connect with HRs, recruiters, and companies through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain and regularly update company and recruiter databases.
• Coordinate with students regarding placement drives, interviews, schedules, and requirements.
• Collect and maintain student placement-related data and documentation.
• Follow up with companies regarding job openings, interview schedules, and candidate feedback.
• Assist in organizing campus recruitment drives, webinars, and career-related sessions.
• Maintain daily reports and provide regular updates to the T&P team.
• Support the team in achieving placement and corporate-connect targets.
