Job summary

Bradford Consultants in Bangalore seeks an Associate Director Career Services & Placements to lead the strategy and execution of our career services across a large online learner ecosystem. You will drive placement operations, employer partnerships, and team leadership to deliver high-quality placements.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in Placements, Career Services, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition or HR
• 7-9 years of experience leading placement/career services teams
• Strong employer/recruiter network and experience engaging senior HR stakeholders
• Experience in Higher Education, EdTech or Workforce Development preferred
• MBA/PGDM preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and analytical skills
• Exposure to platforms such as Superset, Unstop, FirstNaukri, LineupX or similar
