Job summary

Proxima Skills Academy in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Placement Manager to lead the placement function, build strong employer relationships, and drive successful placement opportunities for students and candidates.

You will manage end-to-end placement drives, coordinate with HR and hiring managers, grow an employer network, guide candidates through interviews, and monitor placement performance while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in placements, EdTech, Healthcare, or Pharma.
• Strong corporate and recruiter networking skills.
• Experience managing placement/recruitment teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve placement targets.
