Job summary

Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University is seeking a seasoned placement leader to shape the campus recruitment agenda across all schools. You will drive strategy, build industry ties, and oversee internship and placement programs.

You will mentor the placement team, monitor outcomes, and develop MoUs with key employers to enhance student employability and employer engagement.

• Proven leadership experience in Placement, Career Services, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Corporate Relations.
• Strong network with recruiters across diverse industry sectors.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
