Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Career Services, Campus Placements, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing placements and employer relationships.
• Strong network with corporates and recruiters to drive opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end placement and career services activities across Career247 programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporates, recruiters, hiring managers, and industry partners.
• Identify and develop new employer partnerships to create quality placement opportunities for students.
• Drive campus placement activities, including employer outreach, interview coordination, selection processes, and offer management.
• Develop career readiness programs, workshops, mock interviews, resume-building sessions, and interview preparation.
• Track placement metrics, hiring trends, employer engagement, and student outcomes.
• Represent Career247 in industry networking events, hiring drives, and corporate engagements.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on placement performance and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.

Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic, people-focused, and results-driven Manager- Career Services / Corporate Relations to join our Career Services team in Bangalore.
The role will be responsible for driving student placements, corporate partnerships, employer engagement, and career-readiness initiatives across Career247 programs. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship-building skills, an understanding of recruitment and placement processes, and the ability to deliver measurable placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end placement and career services activities across Career247 programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, recruiters, hiring managers, and industry partners.
• Identify and develop new employer partnerships to create quality placement opportunities for students.
• Drive campus placement activities, including employer outreach, interview coordination, selection processes, and offer management.
• Develop and conduct career readiness programs, workshops, mock interviews, resume-building sessions, and interview preparation.
• Work closely with academic and program teams to understand student career goals and align placement strategies accordingly.
• Track and analyse placement metrics, hiring trends, employer engagement, and student outcomes.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of companies and opportunities across relevant industries and functions.
• Support students with career counselling, job-search strategies, interview preparation, and professional development.
• Represent Career247 in relevant industry networking events, hiring drives, and corporate engagements.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on placement performance and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Career Services, Campus Placements, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing placements and employer relationships.
• Strong corporate network and ability to develop new industry partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, employers, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of current hiring trends and industry requirements.
• Experience in the EdTech, Higher Education, Training & Development, or Employability sector will be an added advantage.
