Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in career services, placements, talent acquisition, or workforce development.
• Prior EdTech experience required.
• Proven track record of delivering premium placement outcomes in technology and/or management domains.
• Strong executive-level industry network and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience leveraging digital and social platforms for employer engagement and brand positioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership for internships and placements across Learnvantage programs, ensuring consistent delivery of agreed outcomes.
• Define and execute placement strategy aligned with organizational goals, market trends, and learner aspirations.
• Build and sustain senior-level relationships with product companies, global enterprises, system integrators, and high-growth startups.
• Position Learnvantage as a trusted talent partner by delivering industry-relevant, diverse, and high-quality talent pipelines.
• Drive initiatives focused on diversity hiring, employability enhancement, and inclusive talent development.
• Partner closely with academic, product, and delivery teams to provide market insights that inform curriculum design and continuous improvement.
• Track hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging skills to proactively identify new placement opportunities.
• Strengthen employer branding and engagement through strategic use of digital platforms, thought leadership, and events.
