Nobroker Technology Solutions Private Limited is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our Office-based team in Bangalore. The role focuses on identifying prospects, initiating contact, and building relationships to drive sales.

You will handle outbound calls, follow up on leads, and present suitable solutions to clients while maintaining high service standards. We welcome both freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in any field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience or freshers considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
• Fluency in English and Hindi or English and a South Indian language (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil).
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
• Day shift: login between 8 AM - 10 PM; 9 hours; 6 days/week with weekday off.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities by prospecting.
• Sell products by establishing relationships and recommending solutions.
• Outbound calling on data from lead generation activities / secondary data sources.
• Daily follow-ups on leads and maintaining service standards.
• Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue.
