• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, or Home Loan Sales.
• Experience in Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Financial Services preferred.
• Strong sales orientation with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM applications and MS Office.
• Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote Home Loan products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Home Loan solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into successful loan disbursals by providing excellent customer service.
• Handle customer queries and provide complete information regarding loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and the application process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until loan disbursal.
• Update customer interactions, lead status, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely approvals.
• Achieve monthly sales, conversion, productivity, and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify customer feedback and process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience.

Preferred Language Skills

• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Kannada or Telugu is preferred.
