Job summary

Innosilica Bengaluru is seeking a PV Verification Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in physical verification checks such as LVS, DRC, ERC and PERC. The role requires knowledge of device physics and PV fixing using Calibre, ICV and Pegasus PV tools, and familiarity with Innovus/ICC2 for PNR.

Candidates with exposure to 3/4/5nm and 7nm process nodes are desirable. BTech/MTech in EEE, ECE or CS is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on PV verification experience.
• Proficient in LVS, DRC, ERC and PERC checks.
• Familiar with device physics and PV fixing.
• Experience with Innovus/ICC2 for PNR.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical verification checks (LVS/DRC/ERC/PERC) on designs.
• Fix PV issues using Calibre, ICV, and Pegasus PV tools.
• Collaborate with the PNR team using Innovus/ICC2 for layouts.

Job description

• Hands on debugging skills in different physical verification checks like LVS, DRC, ERC, PERC, Antenna, ESD and DFM using Calibre, ICV and Pegasus PV tools
• Knowledge of basic device physics and PV fixing using various PnR tools like Innovus/ICC2 is required.
• Working experience in cutting edge technologies such as 3/4/5nm and 7nm process nodes is desired
