Job summary

Sunrise Biztech Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore is hiring a Physical Verification Engineer (SOC or IP level) with 4–7 years of experience to support a reputed client project.

The role requires hands-on verification, LVS checks and Calibre flows, with familiarity of TSMC 5nm/4nm rules and block-level verification. You will contribute to thorough analysis, understand verification checks, and apply input/output verification concepts.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant Physical Verification experience.
• SOC-level or IP-level experience.
• In-depth knowledge of all Physical Verification checks.
• Understanding the concepts behind each verification check.
• Input/output experience is required.
• TSMC 5nm / 4nm experience is acceptable.
• Calibre is mandatory.
• Experience in block-level verification with thorough analysis.
• Good understanding of TSMC rules.
• Strong experience in LVS.

Required Skills:

• 4-7 years of relevant Physical Verification experience is required.
• SOC-level or IP-level experience (either one is fine)
• In-depth knowledge of all Physical Verification checks, including
• Understanding the concepts b ehind each verification check.
• input/output experience is required.
• TSMC 5nm / 4nm experience is also acceptable instead of 3nm / 2nm.
• Calibre is mandatory.
• Experience in block-level verification with the ability to perform thorough analysis.
• Good understanding of TSMC rules.
• Strong experience in LVS.
