Job summary

Neurealm is seeking a Physical Design Engineer with deep experience in floor-planning, CTS, power routing, and timing closure, including DRC and LVS. Proficiency with Innovus or Tempo and exposure to 14nm nodes is required.

You will work with cross-functional teams, perform static timing analysis, and mentor junior engineers. The role involves top-level design tasks and potential work without a customer flow as needed.

Qualifications

• BE/ME or BTech/MTech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• In-depth experience in floor-planning, CTS, power routing, place and route, timing closure, DRC, LVS.
• Familiarity with Innovus or Tempo and 14nm (or lesser) process nodes.

Responsibilities

• Execute floor-planning, CTS, power routing, place & route, timing closure, DRC, and LVS for block-level and top-level designs.
• Perform static timing analysis and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Demonstrate ability to work on designs without a customer flow if required.
• Contribute to team success through proactive problem solving and clear communication.
