Job description

we are looking for an experienced *Associate Director PHE* to lead our PHE team and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete PHE team and provide technical and professional direction.
• Oversee PHE design and ensure quality, accuracy and timely project delivery.
• Guide and support the team on design, technical issues and project challenges.
• Review designs, drawings and technical submissions at a senior level.
• Plan and monitor project progress, deliverables and team requirements.
• Take ownership of projects from design stage through completion.
• Attend client meetings, project discussions and site visits as required.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
• Coordinate effectively with internal MEP teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, resolve technical issues and ensure timely decisions.
• Travel to client locations and other company offices as required.
• Participate in hiring, interviews, team development and performance management.
• Stay updated with relevant PHE design practices, codes, standards and industry developments.

What We Are Looking For

• 20+ years of strong experience in *PHE / Plumbing Design*, preferably with an MEP consulting firm.
• Strong understanding of PHE systems for residential and commercial projects.
• Excellent technical knowledge with the ability to guide and mentor senior engineers and design teams.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• A confident, approachable and people-oriented leader.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Should be comfortable taking ownership and making decisions at a senior level.

*Important:* This is primarily a *leadership, technical guidance, project management and client-facing role*. The candidate is not expected to be involved in day-to-day drafting/designing but should have strong enough technical expertise to review, guide and resolve design-related matters.
