Job summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations.
  • Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions and company guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, expiry tracking, and procurement activities.
  • Maintain proper storage conditions for medicines and healthcare products.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Lead, train, and supervise pharmacy staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals, suppliers, and management.
  • Prepare and maintain pharmacy records, reports, and documentation.
  • Handle customer/patient queries and provide appropriate guidance regarding medications.
  • Implement measures to minimize stock losses and improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm).
  • Valid Pharmacy Registration Certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, inventory management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in pharmacy management software and MS Office.
