What you will do as Pharma Customer Relationship Executive – Franchise Partner Support

• Stay in regular contact with the pharma franchise partners. Understand partner concerns and identify operational issues. Resolve grievances, or elevate genuine issues to the right department. Follow up on every complaint until it is fully resolved. Report serious or unresolved issues to senior management. Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and keep proper records. Make reminder calls about monthly schemes, offers and updates for franchise partners. Build strong relationships and improve partner satisfaction. Coordinate between partners and internal teams so support is timely.
