Visit chemists and retail pharmacies near each doctor to ensure product availability and check Rx demand (chemist audit). Who should apply
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence (mandatory). Smartphone and basic computer skills for CRM / reporting apps. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; confident in presenting to doctors. 1 to 5 years of experience – pharma MR / healthcare field sales experience is preferred. B.Sc (any Science stream) graduate or B.Pharm from a recognised university. Target-oriented, disciplined and comfortable with daily field work. Ready to relocate and travel daily across the headquarters and ex-HQ areas. Your Prayagraj Territory The Prayagraj headquarters falls in the Prayagraj division. Your daily route will typically include the main town of Prayagraj plus ex-HQ markets such as Phulpur, Naini, Jhunsi, Handia, Soraon. A good MR here plans the week so that core doctors are met at the right frequency, chemists near those doctors stock the prescribed brands, and the stockist always has enough inventory. Healthcare Market in Prayagraj Prayagraj has well-known healthcare institutions such as Moti Lal Nehru Medical College and SRN Hospital, Prayagraj, along with the district hospital, private nursing homes, diagnostic centres and a large number of clinics. Note that MR access to government institutions follows their own visiting rules – always respect hospital policy. Kanpur and Prayagraj are wholesale hubs for medicines in the Doab – keep stockist contacts there. Highway travel on NH-19 and the expressways is fast, but ride carefully in fog season. Mix urban specialists with rural GPs in your MCL for steady Rx. Hindi is enough for most calls; local dialect helps in villages. Ready to Relocate?
