Distribute physician samples and promotional inputs responsibly and keep accurate sample/input records as per company policy and UCPMP norms. Who should apply
- B.Sc (any Science stream) graduate or B.Pharm from a recognised university. Target-oriented, disciplined and comfortable with daily field work. 1 to 5 years of experience – pharma MR / healthcare field sales experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; confident in presenting to doctors. Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence (mandatory). Ready to relocate and travel daily across the headquarters and ex-HQ areas. Smartphone and basic computer skills for CRM / reporting apps. Your Sultanpur Territory The Sultanpur headquarters falls in the Ayodhya division. Your daily route will typically include the main town of Sultanpur plus ex-HQ markets such as Kadipur, Lambhua, Jaisinghpur. A good MR here plans the week so that core doctors are met at the right frequency, chemists near those doctors stock the prescribed brands, and the stockist always has enough inventory. Healthcare Market in Sultanpur Healthcare in Sultanpur is built around the district hospital, community and primary health centres, private nursing homes and a wide network of clinics and chemists in Kadipur and surrounding towns. General physicians, paediatricians and gynaecologists are often the highest-volume prescribers in such districts. Plan early-morning OPD calls at district and private hospitals before the noon rush. Summer heat is intense from April to June – carry water and schedule outdoor chemist calls in the evening. Lucknow-based stockists and super-distributors serve much of Awadh, so stock coordination is quick. Hindi and Awadhi help in building rapport with rural practitioners and chemists. Ready to Relocate? Read This The vacancy is for Sultanpur, but candidates must be ready to relocate. If Sultanpur is already filled when you apply, we may offer a nearby headquarters in the same division – Ambedkar Nagar, Amethi, Ayodhya, Barabanki – or another UP district where we are hiring one MR each.
