What you will do as Pharma Sales Representative

• Cover listed doctors at the right frequency – typically 10–12 calls per day – following the approved tour plan.
• Detail the company’s product portfolio scientifically – indications, dosage, benefits and safety – using visual aids and approved literature only.
• Build prescription support for focus products and monitor Rx generation through regular follow-up calls.
• Gather feedback from doctors and chemists on competition and market trends.
• Develop hospital and nursing‑home business: meet consultants, pharmacy and purchase teams and support formulary/listing.
• Own the territory’s sales target and work with the Area Manager to plan monthly achievement.
• Plan two‑wheeler routes to cover headquarters and nearby towns efficiently every week.
• Account for every sample and input distributed; follow sample‑handling and ethical promotion guidelines.
• Support CMEs, camps, doctor meets and brand activities organised by the company in the territory.
• Ensure prescribed brands are stocked at chemists around clinics and hospitals; run regular chemist audits.
• Work strictly as per the company’s code of conduct and UCPMP 2024 – no gifts or inducements to healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate with the stockist / C&F; for orders, stock liquidation, near‑expiry returns and timely collection of payments.
