Responsibilities

• Coordinate between franchise outlets, the warehouse and dispatch so orders are delivered on time.
• Enter orders, invoices and follow-ups in the sales system or Excel and keep the records accurate.
• Follow up on pending payments, stock requirements and replacement requests with franchise owners.
• Share daily sales and call reports (MIS) with the sales manager.
• Handle franchise queries and complaints politely and escalate issues that need management attention.
• Inform the franchise network about new launches, price changes and trade offers.
• Support the field sales team with data, order status and documentation.
