What you will do as Pharma Sales Representative

• Cover listed doctors at the right frequency – typically 10–12 calls per day – following the approved tour plan. Detail the company’s product portfolio scientifically – indications, dosage, benefits and safety – using visual aids and approved literature only. Build prescription support for focus products and monitor Rx generation through regular follow-up calls. Gather feedback from doctors and chemists on competition and market trends. Submit daily call reports (DCR), expenses and doctor data on the company CRM / SFA app on the same day. Support CMEs, camps, doctor meets and brand activities organised by the company in the territory. Coordinate with the stockist / C&F for orders, stock liquidation, near-expiry returns and timely collection of payments. Work strictly as per the company’s code of conduct and UCPMP 2024 – no gifts or inducements to healthcare professionals. Own the territory’s sales target and work with the Area Manager to plan monthly achievement. Ensure prescribed brands are stocked at chemists around clinics and hospitals; run regular chemist audits. Plan two-wheeler routes to cover headquarters and nearby towns efficiently every week. Account for every sample and input distributed; follow sample-handling and ethical promotion guidelines. Develop hospital and nursing-home business: meet consultants, pharmacy and purchase teams and support formulary/listing.
