Who should apply
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence (mandatory). 1 to 5 years of experience – pharma MR / healthcare field sales experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; confident in presenting to doctors. Target-oriented, disciplined and comfortable with daily field work. Smartphone and basic computer skills for CRM / reporting apps. Ready to relocate and travel daily across the headquarters and ex-HQ areas. - The Lucknow Territory The Lucknow headquarters falls in the Lucknow division. Your daily route will typically include the main town of Lucknow plus ex-HQ markets such as Hazratganj, Gomti Nagar, Aliganj, Alambagh, Chinhat. A good MR here plans the week so that core doctors are met at the right frequency, chemists near those doctors stock the prescribed brands, and the stockist always has enough inventory. Healthcare Market in Lucknow Lucknow has well-known healthcare institutions such as KGMU, SGPGIMS and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, along with the district hospital, private nursing homes, diagnostic centres and a large number of clinics. Note that MR access to government institutions follows their own visiting rules – always respect hospital policy. Plan early-morning OPD calls at district and private hospitals before the noon rush. Summer heat is intense from April to June – carry water and schedule outdoor chemist calls in the evening. Lucknow-based stockists and super-distributors serve much of Awadh, so stock coordination is quick. Hindi and Awadhi help in building rapport with rural practitioners and chemists. Ready to Relocate?
