Job summary

Aditya Birla Insulators seeks a BE Mechanical professional to lead maintenance planning for cement manufacturing. You will drive budgets, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination and MIS reporting to boost reliability.

Develop maintenance schedules, monitor costs, manage spares inventory, and train teams in SAM PM standards, safety compliance and data analysis.

Experience with SAP EAM/PM and cross-functional collaboration with stores, vendors, and OEMs is desirable.

• Experience in cement manufacturing and maintenance planning

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual and monthly maintenance budgets.
• Monitor expenditure against approved budgets.
• Implement cost optimization initiatives without affecting equipment reliability.
• Develop maintenance schedules aligned with SAM PM standards.
• Ensure compliance and effectiveness of preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor execution and improve maintenance performance.
• Coordinate technical discussions with vendors and OEMs.
• Resolve technical queries and ensure timely procurement support.
• Monitor vendor performance and delivery commitments.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels of critical spares.
• Coordinate with stores and commercial teams.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and material availability.
• Generate daily and monthly maintenance MIS reports.
• Analyze trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Train team members on planning tools, SAM PM and safety compliance.

• Experience in integrate cement manufacturing.
• Handson experience in maintece planning, shutdown planning, budgeting, inventory management and preventive maintece systems.
• Experience in SAP EAM and PM modules.
• Exposure to vendor management, OEM coordination and maintece MIS reporting.

Knowledge of reliability improvement and spare parts management
