Quest Global in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Maintenance Planning professional to support the maintenance of rotating and static equipment. You will create work packs, SMPs and manage preventive and predictive maintenance with SAP PM/MM to track history and parts usage.
The role requires strong fundamentals in mechanical/electrical engineering, P&ID interpretation, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders. A data-driven approach to CI/PI ideas is valued.
Key Responsibilities
Create job packages (work packs) Job procedure/Standard Maintenance procedures (SMP) of static and rotating equipment.
Plan all the maintenance activities such as preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance and record history of maintenance activity.
Understand/review P&ID, Isometric Drawing, Equipment drawing, Civil Foundation Drawing, 3-D Model, Plot Plan, Lay out, Equipment GA drawing etc.Working on PM & MM modules of SAP to maintain the equipment history, material reservation, Consumption, Master data management, Preparing task lists, maintenance items/ maintenance plan, task list enhancement, work order planning etc.
Piping knowledge: Pipe fabrication/erection according to P&ID and Isometric drawing, support drawings, piping specs etc.
