Job summary

UltraTech Cement seeks an electrical maintenance professional to oversee equipment upkeep, maintain earthpit records, and prepare SOPs for each device.

The role includes LT/HT breaker maintenance, spares planning for shutdowns, VFD drives, weigh feeders, safety audits, and capex commissioning within a cement plant.

Qualifications

• Recording of all the equipment maintenance activities with standard checklists.

Responsibilities

• Recording of all the equipments maintenance activities with standard checklists.
• Maintenance of all the earthpits & recording in earthpit register.
• Preparation of SOP for each equipments.
• Maintenance of LT & HT breakers & maintaining of records.
• Preparation of joblist & spares for shutdown & preventive maintenance.
• Maintaining of critical spares with allocated budget .
• Maintenance of LT ,HT & MV vfd drives.
• Maintenance of weighfeeders , Magnetic separator panels.
• Conducting electrical safety audits & procurement of safety items.
• Erection & commissioning of capex jobs.
• Maintenance of line-2 pump house & compressors
