Job summary

GVMISTRY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a payroll compliance specialist to manage statutory payroll requirements across its multi-state operations in India. You will handle Provident Fund, ESIC, PT, and related registrations, ensuring timely filings and accurate tax calculations while addressing employee queries.

The role requires hands-on experience with ECR filing, ESIC contributions, UAN management, and a detail-oriented approach to maintain compliance across states.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EPFO and ESIC portals.
• Hands-on experience in ECR filing, ESIC contribution filing, and PT returns.
• Ability to independently manage payroll compliance across multi-state operations.
• Good knowledge of UAN, PF/ESIC transfers, withdrawals, and employee queries.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end statutory payroll compliance for the entire company - Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), and ESIC, including employee registration, UAN management, monthly PF/ESIC calculation, ECR preparation and filing, PT deduction and returns, challan generation and payment, reconciliation, EPFO/ESIC records, employee queries, and ensuring timely compliance with all applicable regulations across GVM's multi-state site operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of EPFO and ESIC portals
• Hands-on experience in ECR filing, ESIC contribution filing, and PT returns
• Able to independently manage end-to-end statutory payroll compliance for the entire company across multiple states
• Good knowledge of UAN, PF/ESIC transfers, withdrawals, and employee queries
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
