Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training sessions on communication skills, interpersonal skills, and corporate etiquette.

• Mentor and guide learners for interview readiness and professional workplace behavior.
• Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve confidence and performance
• Design and implement engaging, activity-based learning modules.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain training reports.
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
• Travel to other branches as and when required for training delivery.
