Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality classroom and online training sessions on programming languages and related technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring students to achieve their learning and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Instruction

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on programming languages and related technologies.
• Deliver interactive and engaging lectures based on the prescribed curriculum.
• Demonstrate practical concepts through hands‑on coding sessions and real-world examples.
• Design, assign, and evaluate assignments, quizzes, practical exercises, and projects.
• Provide one‑on‑one mentoring and technical guidance to students whenever required.
• Monitor student progress and offer constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
• Ensure course content remains current and aligned with industry standards.
• Collaborate with trainers and course developers to update existing content and create new learning materials.
• Recommend improvements to training methodologies and course structure.

Student Records & Reporting

• Maintain accurate attendance records, assessment reports, and student progress documentation.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate student progress to the relevant stakeholders.
• Foster a positive, interactive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage student participation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Professional Development

• Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, workshops, and other professional development initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest programming languages, frameworks, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages and software development concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students achieve their career goals.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Candidates should have expertise in one or more of the following technologies:
