Itvedant Education in Mumbai is seeking a dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to deliver engaging sessions on communication, interpersonal skills and corporate etiquette. The role emphasizes activity-based learning to prepare candidates for corporate environments.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of soft skills training, excellent English, and strong mentoring abilities. You will guide learners through role plays, mock interviews, and feedback, with occasional travel to branches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in soft skills training.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct engaging, activity-based training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training sessions on communication, interpersonal skills and etiquette.

• Provide constructive feedback to improve confidence and performance.
