• Transaction Handling: Scrutinize transaction-related documents as per checklist.
• Handle customer queries before, during & after transactions.
• Service & Quality: Ensure high service levels and process adherence.
• Analyze customer queries and service reports.
• Participate in new system/product rollouts.
• Coordinate with RMs to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Audit & Compliance: Ensure adherence to process, regulatory, and audit guidelines.
• Resolve audit findings promptly.
• Other Responsibilities: Vendor coordination, branch upkeep, cost control.
