Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited invites applications for a Personal Banker-Inbound role at our branch in Tamil Nadu. You will handle cash deposits and withdrawals, perform teller duties with accuracy, and assist customers with digital onboarding on mobile and net banking platforms.

You will also identify customer needs, promote relevant banking products, ensure KYC compliance, and maintain high service standards to drive customer satisfaction and referrals.

• Ability to identify customer needs and refer to branch staff.
• Understanding of KYC guidelines and security practices.

• Cross-sell banking products and services to customers.
• Digital onboarding: guide customers on mobile/net banking and digital payments.

Key Responsibilities
