Job summary

Yes Bank Ltd. Jalgaon invites applications for the role of Personal Banker in the Emerging Branch Banking team. You will handle account opening, maintenance, and transaction processing, ensuring complete documentation and timely follow-ups with Sales RMs.

The position focuses on service quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on customer interaction, issue resolution, and adherence to internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Account opening & maintenance: Handle account opening, updates and closures as per YBL processes; ensure complete documentation, timely checks, customer satisfaction, and followups with Sales RMs.
• Transactions: Scrutinize customer documents, resolve transaction queries, and ensure accurate and compliant processing.
• Service & Quality: Maintain and analyze customer query/complaint data; monitor key service reports; interact with clients for feedback; ensure CSS collection and adherence to 5S, ISO, Six Sigma quality standards.
• Audit & Compliance: Follow all process and policy guidelines; ensure regulatory compliance; address audit observations promptly.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain discipline, elevate issues on time, manage vendor relationships, oversee branch upkeep, and control costs.
• Performance & Development: Set yearly goals with manager, track progress, pursue continuous learning, develop rolerelated competencies, and stay updated with industry practices.
• Risk & Controls: Follow risk policies, execute internal control systems, and support audit requirements.
