As a Personal Banker - Inbound, you will be the face of the bank, addressing customer needs, promoting banking services, and ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency. Manage cash and non-cash transactions efficiently and accurately. Handle customer requests related to cash withdrawals, deposits, demand drafts, and cheque processing.
