Job summary

Infinityquest It Services in Pune is seeking an experienced Performance Testing Lead to drive end-to-end testing across Web, APIs, and desktop applications. You will design test strategies, execute load tests, and mentor junior testers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires advanced JMeter expertise, strong scripting skills (Groovy, Beanshell) and the ability to identify bottlenecks and deliver actionable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Advanced JMeter is mandatory.
• Hands-on Groovy, Beanshell and WebSocket.
• Performance testing across Web, APIs, batch jobs and desktop apps.
• Appian experience is preferred.
• Experience with LoadRunner, NeoLoad or Gatling.
• Strong scripting/coding and performance analysis.
• Identify bottlenecks and provide performance improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently.

Key Skills

• Advanced JMeter Mandatory
